Hey everyone, Wolfie here!
Today I’m embarking on a bit of a new journey, writing a blog for the band. I’m not entirely sure what sparked the idea, but it felt like a fun little exercise to keep me engaged… and honestly, something productive I can do while songs are rendering on my computer.
At the start of the year, I was hoping we’d be able to release a new song every other week. But between coordinating with the other band members and, of course, life with the kids, things have gotten pretty busy. We’ve still managed to put out a lot of music so far, though.
One of my personal favorites is “Ducky!” That one’s special to me because it features a sample of my youngest son laughing and saying “quack, quack, quack,” which just makes me smile every time I hear it.
Another standout for me has been “Sorry Mommy.” That was just a super fun track to work on.
Going forward, I’m really excited to keep creating new songs and sharing updates here. I’m thinking this blog can be a place for behind-the-scenes thoughts, whether that’s when songs come out or just little moments in between.
Who knows, maybe I’ll even get Foxy, Bear, or Cub to jump in and write a guest post sometime. Wouldn’t that be cool?
