A new experimental jazz tune with Jazz Animals, inspired entirely by this adorable squat dance my one year old does whenever he hears a song he likes! A big fan of the sound of a trumpet, this one takes a similar sample-based approach to You’re a Big Man!, but with a slightly more laid-back vibe.

“Little Man Dance” captures that pure, unfiltered joy toddlers have when music hits — the wobbly knee-bend, the off-beat clapping, the full-body commitment to the groove. It’s a jazzy, trumpet-laced ode to the littlest dancers and the moves only they can pull off.
